I truly love and enjoy this place. First and foremost, the location is amazing—and if you can catch the sunset on the rooftop, do yourself a favor and do it. The food is good; I’ve never had a complaint, though I’m not a big foodie. Their service is also top-notch, from the valet to the servers—always a great experience. What really keeps me coming back are the live shows, especially the reggae nights on Sundays. I’m here for it every time. Highly recommend Mozambique.

An under appreciated venue for sunset dinners and live music. The service here is fantastic and friendly. The food is very good and incorporates some South African favorites with modern favorites on the menu also. Great pricing and value for the location.

The most awesome restaurant I highly recommend everybody trying it. The food was so good we forgot to take a picture of it. We got the sampler platter and the sausage is the best sausage I have ever tasted in my life, it was all good 😊

Our families had the absolute best time celebrating our wedding at Mozambique! The service was incredible, the food and wine were outstanding, and Greg was amazing — he made the entire evening feel so special. We loved having the private patio for our celebration, and this restaurant will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. Highly recommend Mozambique for any special occasion!

I went there and had one thought in mind. I wanted a good steak. And let me tell you they did not disappoint! I got the ribeye and the Ceasars salad with grilled chicken and it was DIVINE. Is it the most expensive piece of meat on the menu? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes. My father and I shared the steak and the salad so it saved us some money. Not the cheapest for sure but a 18 oz ribeye being 75 isnt honestly too crazy for the view it had. Going during sunset was a beautiful view as well. They have live music on the second floor and the third floor is rooftop dining. It was a little loud but honestly it wasnt a problem at all.

We've been trying to come to this restaurant forEVER... WE FINALLY MADE IT TODAY. The food was absolutely amazing. Try the M-Fries...spicy kick on warm and crispy fries. So good. I also recommend the sampler platter as well.... the sausage, prawns everything was amazing. We DID sub the Chicken on the sampler for bacon.... just a personal preference but EVERYTHING was great. PROTIP: ASK FOR KENT to be your server! Request him when you make your reservation. He's an experience! Full of great stories, knowledgeable about Laguna, excellent service and tasty, descriptive menu recommendations.... he's a great compliment to everything on the experience. DON'T DO LIKE US AND PUT IT OFF, GET TO MOZAMBIQUE! Also do the rooftop!! Great beach views and a nice breeze. Bring a jacket if you get cold easily.

Everything was perfect. They also offer Halal menu. Servers were so nice and helpful. It was the best burger I ever had!

This was a lovely surprise, because it was a taste from home - Cape Town. We were greeted and seated outside the Parrot room immediately! We ordered from the happy hour menu, and had chicken wings, calamari with sweet potato fries, beef samoosas, and a beef pie! There was more than 1 seating areas, and they upstairs restaurant had live music. We left with the parrot in the cage saying ‘hallo’. FYI Valet is $10 for up to 3 hours, I’m not sure about street parking! We will be back!
